Description

Havana was founded in 1519 (third location, officially established by nowadays Havana Bay) by spanish Conquistador Diego Velazquez de Cuellar and soon became the capital city of Cuba after turning into the main business operation hub of the island due to its geographical location. Havana has the most complete architectural compound in Latin America (out of all former Spanish colonial colonies) and is a melting pot of Spanish, Cuban, African and Chinese heritage.

Itineraries

Day 1

Arrival in Havana

TRF IN from Airport to Hotel (quotes for Saratoga and Parque Central with breakfast, SGL & DBL and 1 Suite), check in at hotel, rest of evening at leisure.

Day 2

Medical Launch Event

Breakfast at hotel
4:30 p.m. BUS for 30 PAX, Pick-up, drive to La Divina Pastora
Conference room from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Projector, audio-visual, 1 microphone, display table, classroom type as shown below, 2 bottles of water person, photographer services during this time)

7:30 p.m. Dinner Break on the premises (different location in the same restaurant)
9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Conference Hours (Projector, audio-visual, 1 microphone, display table, classroom type as shown above, 2 bottles of water person, photographer services during this time)
11:00 p.m. Transfer back to Hotel .

Day 3

Medical Launch Event

Breakfast at hotel
