Itineraries

Day 1

Arrival in Havana

7:00 am Arrive at Airport for check-in Depart Miami International Airport Air travel provided by our exclusive air partner.
11:00 am Arrive to José Martí International Airport
Upon arrival at the José Martí International Airport, personal attendants will provide arriving passengers with VIP meet and greet service.
12:00-1:00 pm Lunch in the restaurant that will also be the meeting point for the group.
1:00pm-1:30 pm Meeting or orientation with guides and leaders.
1:30pm-2:00 pm Check in (Rental-House)
2:30 pm-3:40 pm Visit to the Botanical Garden or equivalent place if time permits.
The Cuban Green Cathedral opened its doors March 24, 1984. The Natural Exhibition center, shows a representation of the Tropical Cuban Flora. The garden is a scientific educational institution.
The tour will include a visit to view a variety of special plants (orchids), the herbarium and the Martian Forest exhibits only indigenous plants growing on the island.
AGRICULTURE
Visit the center of sustainable agriculture, or better called “oganoponico”. These centers are scattered around every municipality of the city of Havana. This organoponico sells organic vegetable to all nearby restaurants. It is located in 5ta Avenida y 36, Playa.
6:30-7:30 pm DINNER AT EL ALJIBE
An icon of the Cuban cuisine, Restaurant, Bar, wineries and Cuban Shop. Located in 7th Avenue and 24 street, Miramar.
8:00pm We finish the night at the “Habana Café” listening to the jazz band and other musical groups. Hotel Melia Cohiba.
Located in Paseo e/ 1ra y 3ra, Vedado. Plaza de la Revolución.
11:00pm: Bus departure back to the houses. Those who decide to stay will have to take a taxi.

Day 2

Tour through Vinales

8:00am Breakfast (Rental House)
8:30Transfer to buses for trip to the province of Pinar del Rio. Destination “Vinales Valley”
11:00 am- 12:00m VISIT TO THE VINALES VALLEY
Tour through Vinales
Visit a tobacco plantation where the visitor will see the cultivation process and rub elbows with the farmers (Campesinos). The farmers still cultivate with traditional methods.
12:30 pm- 1:30 pm LUNCH AT PALADAR
“Ladera del Valle”, Traditional Cuban and regional cuisine restaurant pinareño. The setting is in a rural natural environment designed to enhance an excellent menu.
1:30 pm-4:30 pm VALLE DE VINALES
Visit to the Mogotes, and go horseback riding in the valley of Vinales. This site is declared a UNESCO world heritage site for its cultural landscapes.
The indigenous patterns of the valley paint a prehistory mural. The (bohío) mural of prehistory painted on the Mogote called “Pita” extends 160 meters long. The site of the Guanatabeyes Indians is a display of molluscs and prehistoric animals.
4:30pm Check in houses and freshen up.
8:00 am-9:00 am DINNER ON THE FARM OF A “UN GUAJIRO”
Finca y restaurante “San Vicente” is where the visitor can taste traditional dishes, using ingredients organically grown (the seed to the table) Specializing in Cuban and traditional.
pinareña cuisine.

Day 3

VINALES VALLEY

8:30 am-9:30 am Breakfast (Rental House)

9:30 am-10:30 am-VINALES VALLEY
Transfer on busses to the Indian Cave, which is 300 meters long. Two underground rivers are located in the cave. It is located on the road of Port Esperanza. Vinales.
Time will be allowed to take panoramic photos.
12:00 am-1:00 pm LUNCH AT PALADAR
“La Terraza”, Restaurant setting is in a natural setting for the traveler to enjoy typical Cuban food.
1:15pm Transfer by bus to the city of Havana

Handicrafts
View and shop for handmade crafts from several Cuban tradesmen that reflect the deep roots of the Cuban culture.
11:45 am-1:00 pm Lunch at “El Canonazo”
This restaurant is located in the Morro-Cabana area.
Transfer to José Martí International Airport
Return flight to Miami International Airport
